No credit card is needed and you can stay a free member for as long as you like, although I would recommend that you upgrade to premium membership as this way you receive all the benefits. I actually went to premium membership straightaway as I wanted to take advantage of all the benefits that this platform has to offer.
I’ve been self-employed since 1983 and I have owned and sold a few businesses successfully, I’ve also been working online since 2007, I had my first moneymaking website in the same year. I started carrying out searches for “how to make money online” or “work from home opportunities” in 2004 and I purchased many spam products that didn’t do what they said on the package! I had to admit that some of the products were not all bad and I did learn a terrific amount, the problem is that there was a huge cost to this learning curve, in fact, it cost me thousands! The reason I am telling you this is because Wealthy Affiliate teaches you the correct way to start a business online. If I had found a platform like this, back in 2004 when I first started researching Internet marketing, I would have got from A to B much quicker and would have spent a lot less money on useless products.
The wealthy affiliate platform takes you through the process of how to start an online business step-by-step, there are many videos that show you exactly what to do and you will be given an action plan to keep to before you go onto the next training video. The problem I had when I was researching Internet marketing was that I was working totally blind, but this platform totally takes this problem away, by giving you accurate information.
You can also ask questions along the way, for example, if you go to my profile here you will be able to see that I have asked many questions along the way. The great thing about being part of an Internet marketing community is that normally someone will know an answer to your question and can point you in the right direction.
One of the many benefits of being part of a membership site is that you receive free hosting which is actually Amazon hosting, which I believe is to be some of the best hosting available. From my experience, my hosting was costing me more than the membership costs on this platform, I now have no hosting costs, but instead I’m part of a great membership site with the free hosting, one of the many benefits.
This membership site also allows you to buy domain names and to put up your own website in a matter of seconds, prior to joining Wealthy Affiliate, I always let my Webmaster build my websites, but now I’m able to do this myself, which is great news. You can actually host up to 25 websites, which is enough for most people, I don’t even have that many websites!
I remember when I first started working online I felt very alone and there was a terrific amount of guesswork went into what I was doing. Being part of a membership site means that you are no longer out there on your own, you have live chat, we can chat to anyone who’s around and asked them a question, or if you want to wait a bit longer, you can just ask the question to the whole community, the great thing is that you will receive an answer to your question.
The platform also enables you to write blog posts, so you can share your thoughts and help other people along the way.
The platform explains in great detail how to market yourself and your website, I have used these principles for my off-line business and my online business and they really do work. If you want to leverage the full power of the Internet I really recommend that you try this great platform.

Hey i really enjoyed this article, it is really cool that you added a video to your review. I have also been scammed and searched all over the internet for a legit way to make money. Now i keep grinding to make my website grow and bring in more visitors. That is what i am lacking, the traiffic part i do need more of.

I think there are so many people who are working successfully online now, but in the past have been scammed terribly, I was one of them! One of the biggest problems people have when starting online is lack of knowledge, this was my problem. Providing we Keep learning the right information and keep blogging, we will be successful, consistency is the key.

Thanks for reminding me what an awesome decision I’ve made. Like you, I went through a few bad MMO products before I found my way to Wealthy Affiliate. Is the platform perfect? No. However as long as you APPLY what you learn from their courses, you will succeed.
On occasions, I like to check out reviews on Wealthy Affiliate to see how other internet marketers are doing like yourself. You’re obviously a good example to follow and I’m happy to have you in my network.
For those who are serious about making money online, you must APPLY what you learn otherwise it won’t get you anywhere.
Avoid the mistakes we made and start your journey with a community and platform that works!

The Wealthy Affiliate platform is a great membership site, as I’ve mentioned many times, I started researching Internet marketing and making money way back in 2004 and I had my first moneymaking website up and running in 2007! If I had found something like Wealthy Affiliate in 2004, instead of buying into spam products, I would really be flying now!
The courses at Wealthy Affiliate are absolutely brilliant, they take you through every step without missing anything! I had been working online for a number of years, so I had already learned quite a bit, but the great thing is that we never stop learning, whatever stage we are at and Wealthy Affiliate accommodates people at every single level, whether new to the industry or established.
One of the best things I like about Wealthy Affiliate is that the platform enables you to mix with like-minded people who are all at different stages in their Internet marketing career. It is good to be able to help each other and encourage each other, share ideas, read blog posts and ask questions, you never feel alone!
Eric you have made a great point, you have to apply what you learn at Wealthy Affiliate, otherwise, nothing will happen, if you take action and are consistent, things will definitely happen.

Are you receiving some organic traffic from the big three SEO’s or are you doing other forms of traffic building?
I have spent more time and money on what I call online “hustlers” who say they want to help us build a strong online income, only to discover over time that all they really want is our hard earned cash.
What you have revealed here is the benefits of a training team and platform that makes sense.

In answer to your question, back in 2004 when I had my first website built for my off-line business I didn’t even know what a URL was of what hosting was, I knew absolutely nothing about websites making money online! I actually learned the hard way, it took me three years researching until I finally had my first moneymaking website up and running online in 2007, but there was a huge cost to this. I had brought into programs that didn’t actually work, this is why I can always recommend the Wealthy Affiliate platform, this platform teaches you the correct way.
Wealthy Affiliate takes you through the steps to creating a successful online business, step-by-step and at your own pace and giving you the correct action steps to take. I would sign up for a free account, start the training and this will give you a much better idea of what you can achieve, I actually went premium immediately as I saw the benefits of this great platform.
I think you’ll be very pleasantly surprised how much you can learn in a very short period of time.

I believe that Wealthy Affiliate is the best platform for learning how to make money online, it is not a get rich quick scheme it is a platform that takes you through the process of owning your own online business and taking you through the process step-by-step.
Another great feature of Wealthy Affiliate (one of the many) is that you are not alone, the Internet marketing world can be lonely at times, but having people around you to answer your questions and to inspire you with success stories is a massive plus point!

I don’t know how did you understand that the previous online courses you’ve made were a scam. How can you say this? They didn’t bring you the result that they’ve promised in the beginning. If that’s the reason, I already lived that sensation:(

In answer to your question, as to regard scam products that I purchased, I understood the power of the Internet and I was extremely keen to learn how to make money online, sometimes when we are starting something completely new, you almost don’t know which way to turn. I purchased many products and most of them were not very good, however, I did purchase a few products that worked and enabled me to put my first moneymaking website up back in 2007, however there was a cost to getting this far.
With a platform like Wealthy Affiliate, it teaches you the correct way to create an online business, it is not a get rich quick scheme, it is a long term plan to have a genuine online business. If I understand you correctly Maria, you have been in a similar position, buying products that actually do what they say on the packet!

Really great site with tons of information for someone wishing to get involved in affiliate marketing. Like the idea of using a video to explain Wealthy Affiliate. The video adds a personal touch.
If I might suggest, try to leave out the “uh’s” in your next video. I think they detract from an otherwise great idea!

The more I read of others success online, the more I realise that there is so much that I am ignorant of, which is why I guess, I have been scammed (twice).
I also became a member of Wealthy Affiliate and it has opened my eyes to the genuine opportunities that really exist out there on the web, and although I am new to all things internet, I also know that I have found a community in WA that is as welcoming, as it is genuine, and the premium membership is great value.
Your story is inspiring, there is hope for the rest of us!
