A New Way To Write Content

In this video, I want to show you a new way to write content. Now, I’m on a platform called Wealthy Affiliate, which you can see here. You can see my profile here. I’ll put a link in the description so you can see it.

The Wealthy Affiliate Platform

Basically, the Wealthy Affiliate is a platform that teaches you how to create an online business. But what many people struggle with is writing content, especially in the early days when they first get started. They find it a bit daunting. So, Wealthy Affiliate has created something called Wealthy Affiliate Hubs – our biggest release yet. It’s quite interesting to watch the hubs develop. Kyle explains about it in a video. Kyle is the co-founder of Wealthy Affiliate, and I’m just going to take you through the process so you can see exactly what it is. You can watch the video below to see how the hubs function, you can also create a free account here on the platform.

Paid And Free Membership

Now, I am a paid member, but even you can have a free account. Obviously, there are more features with a paid account, but let me take you through some of the features and what they offer so you’ll have a better idea.

I’m on the homepage of Wealthy Affiliate. I’m now going to go to Hubs up here in the almost top left-hand corner. Here, I’ve got an existing website; I don’t have that much content on there, about 25 posts. And I have another website here that I put up called Suffolk Tree Stump Grinding, but there’s no content on there at all.

Basically, normally, we would just start to write content on our website. So, we can view the live site here; let’s go to that. I would just log in, and I would start writing posts, and that’s the way we’ve sort of done it all these years. But now, Wealthy Affiliate has designed something to help you write quicker. There’s training on this as well, which I’ll come back to in a moment.

Category Suggestions

So here, it’s given me categories I can choose from for my website: Why Choose Our Stump Grinding Service, Benefits of Tree Stump Removal, Preparing for the Stump Grinding Service, all sorts of categories. I won’t go through them all. But bear in mind, this is for whatever niche you are in. It will write these various categories and structures for you.

Post Suggestions

Then, potential posts for the Stump Grinding Service: Benefits of Professional Stump Grinding, How to Choose the Right Stump Grinding Service, The Importance of Stump Grinding for Tree Health, and all sorts of different posts we can create.

Jaaxy Keyword Tool

So here, if I click on this, this J, this stands for Jaaxy; it’s a keyword tool. So now, this word, Benefits of Professional Stump Grinding, has been put into the Jaaxy keyword tool, and it’s telling me what words are normal, what words are great, and so forth. Some of them probably aren’t appropriate, but we could pick out the ones that are. “Benefits of Grinding Your Own Coffee” doesn’t apply to tree stump grinding, obviously. There are limits on how much you can write about, but it does help to give you ideas. Maybe stump grinding isn’t the best category to give an example of.

Help With Writing Tasks

But then, coming down here, it’s got a list of writing tasks. Add an article. So, we just add an article here, put the key phrase in, and take it from there, and it’ll suggest articles, etc. Then here, further down, there’s Niche Research: content ideas and strategies, blog topics and ideas. So, we click on here: How to Remove a Tree Stump, Do-It-Yourself Tree Stump Removal, The Cost of Tree Stump Grinding, and so forth. And we can put all these titles and then create blog posts from there.

Adding Content

And coming back up, if we want to add content, we can come here. We can write the type of content: a blog post or about me. So, we put our text in here, and then it gives us the content length: 100 to 400 words, and so forth until it goes up to 2,900 words. And then we click on here. I’ve got to choose a topic, so I won’t actually go there, but this helps us to write. It gives us titles and what have you and helps us to write easier.

Now, there is something coming up that’s even going to make it more streamlined, which I think comes out in about 10 days’ time or something, I will create another video about the subject. So, let’s go back from there.

Huge Amounts Of Training

So, on this platform, we have all sorts of training, huge amounts of training. It takes you through the process. I won’t go through that because I already have some videos on the subject, but they’re changing things a bit. So this series is called Laying the Groundwork for Your Business, and it takes you through the first steps of my new business. Then launching your own brand, crafting your first website pages, creating a professional logo, keyword research with Jaaxy, which we just saw earlier. Creating helpful content that ranks, creating images with AI, optimizing your design and user experience. So, all sorts of things there. And there’ll be more lessons coming up within the hubs to help you get from A to B quicker.

Instant Stats

Just down here, you can see it’s got how many articles are published, etc., so it kind of helps to encourage us on our journey. It is a great tool for anyone who is a beginner. Obviously, I’ve been working online for some time. I had my first money-making website in 2004. So, I’ve kind of got a good idea of how to write a blog post, but this is great for brainstorming and what have you, especially for people who are struggling to write and what have you. It’s a really useful tool.

Creating A New Hub

Now, if we want to create a new hub, I’m going to create one here. So, it’s says, “Start a New Hub”, and follow the process through. Let’s go continue here. So, let’s put up a new website, and then we can continue here. I’m going to put “Promote Wealthy Affiliate.” We can do either, but I’m going to choose my own or promote Wealthy Affiliate. So, I’m going to click there; we’re going to continue here. And yet, it’s going to be “Make Money Online,” continue. Pick a brand. So, I’m going to call it roybrettononline. I already have a website with this name, which is my name, Roy Breton Online. And we’re going to put continue here, choose this brand, continue here.

Building A Website Within The Hub

And it says “Free Domain or Domain I Own.” Well, I actually own this domain, but I’m going to use a SiteRubix, which is just going to be like a dummy site, but it means I can use Wealthy Affiliate’s technology to come up with some content ideas and for me to play around with. So, I’m going to build my site, and it’s now saying, “Hold tight; we’re building your site.” It normally takes about 30 seconds to a minute. I have a website on how to build a website on another YouTube video. But in a minute, it should come up, nearly there. I didn’t want to pause the video because I just wanted you to see how quick it is.

And here it is. Say, “View of your Business Hub.” Here we can see it here and view my site. Sites up. We can start working now. As I said, I’ve already got roybrettononline.com, but I might use this just to play around with, and you can create a site here. I can delete this hub if I want to. So, anytime, if you just want to play around, you just delete it. You saw how quick that was. If you decide you don’t like your website name; you can just delete it, start another one, and have a bit of a play around. Take it from there. It’s all the same process; just follow the instructions, and you have a ready-made website.

So, it’s a great way to build a website. Like I said, I have been a member of this platform for over nine years now, and I am entering my 10th year.
